Our Practitioners
Our Practitioners are certified by the American Board of Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics (ABC), as well as licensed in the State of Illinois. Our Practitioners are committed to Professional Regulation and complete many continuing education hours in their discipline. This commitment to education furthers their knowledge and skills regarding the most recent advances in our field.
Clinical Director of Prosthetics

Mark Wilson leads our team of prosthetists with 24 years of experience in the discipline of prosthetics. He is a graduate of Northwestern Medical School and received his ABC certification in 1985. Mark is an accredited provider of the C-Leg, Harmony System, Proprio Foot System, Marlo Anatomical Socket, and many other advanced systems.
Clinical Director of Orthotics

Mike Dailey has 20 years of orthotic experience in his field of expertise. Mike is a U.S. Army trained orthotist. He received his ABC certification in 1994. Mike is a graduate of Fontbonne University where he received his MBA. Mike specializes in innovative design techniques of custom upper and lower extremity devices. His custom designed dynamic response AFO incorporates light weight material while affording stability.
Staff Prosthetist

Michael Carte is an ABC Certified Prosthetist. He has a combined 23 years of prosthetic experience. His commitment to quality design and his close relationships with his patient population make him an exemplary practitioner. Michael is an accredited provider of many advanced prosthetic systems and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the O & P Design team.
Clinical Director of Pedorthics

Erick Janisse brings 21 years of experience to our team. He is an ABC Certified Pedorthist and Orthotist, having studied at Ball State University and The Medical College of Wisconsin. Erick has special interest in conservative treatment of sport injuries in elite athletes and has worked with several professional teams. Erick is also a respected pedorthic educator, teaching courses internationally and throughout the U.S. He has also authored several journal articles and textbook chapters.
Our Administrative Staff
Executive Director

Debbie Wilson oversees day to day operations of O & P Design, Inc. She manages insurance contracting, patient satisfaction, employee education, facility accreditation, performance management, and supplier compliance. She assures our facilities are following all Federal, State, and Local regulations. Debbie organizes and oversees our community education outreach program; as well as safety/management of our patient care sites.
